CRD SUMMARY:

This review concluded that multifaceted and computer strategies appeared to be most effective to put evidence into practice in the area of upper respiratory tract infections in children. These conclusions should be interpreted with caution as they appear rather strong given the small number of included studies and lack of consistency in findings and the possibility of publication bias.
