CRD SUMMARY:

This review concluded that motor training programmes may improve arm and hand function in people with cervical spinal cord injury but that no general conclusions could be drawn due to the wide variety of approaches. The conclusion about improvement could be overoptimistic as there was conflicting evidence about effectiveness.
