Clinical Observation on treating Parkinson's disease by "the Seven Acupoints of the Cranial Base"

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of "skull base seven points" on Parkinson's disease.Methods: 80 patients with Parkinson's disease were enrolled in this study. Forty patients were treated with acupuncture at "skull base Four cases of treatment; 40 cases of the control group, the use of conventional Western medicine and dopa treatment.We study the case with different methods of treatment for 3 courses, the results of its clinical evaluation and Webster score, and at the end of 6 months Results: The clinical control rate and total effective rate were 15.00% and 82.50% in the treatment group after treatment for 3 courses, respectively, and the control group was 7.50% and 67.50% respectively. Follow-up 1 The total effective rates were 80.00% and 55.00%, respectively, and the mean scores of the two groups were 13.12 ± 0.71 and 12.47 ± 0.87 before treatment. After treatment for 3 courses, the two were reduced to 6.09 ± 0.67 and 8.60 ± 0.77 respectively. After 1 year of follow-up, the two dropped to 3.99 ± 0.75 and 7.94 ± 0.71 respectively.Conclusion: The results showed that the clinical effect of acupuncture at "skull base seven" treatment of Parkinson's disease was significant, Pakistan treatment has a significant advantage, and its recurrence rate is low, side effects, compliance is good. In the case of improvement of the Webster score, the acupuncture treatment group improved the rigidity, tremor, posture, speech, face and self-care ability of patients with Parkinson's disease. The relationship between the course and the curative effect was superior to the course of disease Elderly, indicating that the treatment of patients with Parkinson's disease should not be delayed, so as not to lose a better treatment time.
