CRD SUMMARY:

The review concluded that there was reasonable evidence to support workplace based return-to-work interventions as a method of reducing work disability duration and associated costs. The evidence for impact on quality of life and sustainability of effects was much weaker. The review has a number of important limitations and the findings should not be considered reliable.
