El estudio de control de la inyección de clonazepam en Tinggong de alucinación auditiva de la esquizofrenia

OBJECTIVE:

To explore the curative effect and safe of the injection of clonazepm into Tinggong for auditory hallucination.

METHODS:

120 schizophrenic inpatients with auditory hallucination were randomly divided into study group(n=60) (antipsychotic combined with injection of clonazepami into Tinggong,1mg,qod,total 14 times) and control group (n=60,only antipsychotic) for 4weeks.The 12th-item of Brief psychiatric rating scale( BPRS) and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS) were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects respectively.

RESULTS:

The score of the 12th-item of BPRS in study group decreased obviously, there were significant difference in curative effect between these two groups (t=3.28,P0.001).But there was no significant difference in TESS.

CONCLUSION:

Injection of clonazepam into Tinggong is safe and effective therapy for auditory hallucination of schizophrenia.
